Great customer service goes above and beyond meeting guests’ expectations and ensuring that all their needs are met. As we strive to improve each guest’s customer experience, we are also motivating and encouraging our staff to continue going above and beyond.

The Drop Box of Happiness is a small comment box placed on every RedDoorz property. It helps us gather honest feedback, suggestions, and comments from guests on how well they were served during their stay.  

So far, the comments have been nothing but positive. On July 18, we had a simple awarding ceremony for the Top 5 staff who received the most number of glowing commendations from RedDoorz guests from this Batch of Drop Box of Happiness submissions.

Each of the winners received a Sodexo Gift Certificate worth P1,000 and a Dowell Industrial Fan. 

The first batch of top 5 staff got a total of 152 praises out of 880+ guest feedbacks. Jon from RedDoorz Premium Venice Luxury BGC 1 led the pack with 51 commendations. This was followed by Mae of RedDoorz Premium Timog with 36; Vanessa of RedDoorz Premium near Arca South, Taguig with 34; Georgie of RedDoorz Chino Roces, Makati with 17; and Manilyn of RedDoorz Moonwalk, Paranaque with 14.
